The Extract Experience - Accenture's Future of Food Museum

Jerad collaborated with Accenture to develop "The Extract," an innovative space within Accenture's Chicago innovation hub designed to reimagine the future of food. This initiative brings together companies, think tanks, universities, and startups to brainstorm, prototype, and test ideas, fostering cross-industry collaboration across sectors such as retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and agriculture.

The Extract is divided into three interactive sections—The Future of Living, The Future of Buying, and The Future of Growing—each representing different stages of the farm-to-fork journey. In the Future of Living area, a mock living room and kitchen showcase innovations like DrinkWorks, a countertop cocktail maker developed in partnership with Keurig Dr Pepper and AB InBev, capable of crafting various cocktails from single-serve pods.

The Extract Experience, which takes up part of one floor of the two-floor innovation hub, is divided into three sections that reflect the farm-to-fork vision: the Future of Living, the Future of Buying and the Future of Growing.

This project exemplifies Jerad's commitment to creating immersive experiences that drive cross-industry innovation and address global challenges within the food ecosystem.
