As the client-facing creative lead for Bridgestone at iCrossing, he collaborated directly with the client while guiding a team of 10+ creatives across digital, social, and UX initiatives. His focus was on ensuring strategic alignment between brand objectives and customer engagement.
Using data and analytics, Jerad spearheaded the redesign of Bridgestone.com, optimizing usability and driving higher engagement. He leveraged AI-driven solutions to enhance customer interactions, integrating personalized reminders and maintenance tips that streamlined user journeys and strengthened brand loyalty.
Beyond strategy and UX, Jerad took a hands-on role in storytelling and content production for the Bridgestone digital experience video. He developed storyboards, crafted copy, hired and directed a voice-over artist, and oversaw the production to ensure a cohesive and compelling narrative—showcasing the brand’s commitment to innovation and customer engagement.
